At the first stage, at the conference room on the first floor of the administrative building, the Junior High Department convened the meeting of the group leaders with each discipline teaching and research group and group leaders with the lesson preparation group, which was chaired by Deputy Director Wang Shengxiang. 

First of all, Deputy Director Wang Shengxiang reviewed last term’s teaching and research work and announced the teaching and research group assessment results as well as the teaching and research awards. Then, Deputy Director Wang Shengxiang arranged the teaching and research work of the new semester in terms of exam proposition, open class arrangement, collective lesson preparation requirements, the implementation of student activities, seminars, the implementation of the new question bank in addition to the promotion of the Blue Project. 

What’s more, Principal Assistant Lu Dan stressed that teaching and research was the starting point and each discipline group should solidly and orderly implement various plans made by the Junior High Section to achieve fruitful results.

At the second stage, teaching and research meetings were held by each subject group to convey the spirit of teaching and research meetings of the Junior High Department, discuss the teaching progress and formulate the teaching and research plans.

In summary, this conference pointed out the direction of teaching and research in the new term to let teachers make clear the task and goal of teaching and research. It’s believed that under the guidance of the Junior High Division, we will make great progress in the teaching work in the new semester.
